So since I live in the UK, I am meant to wait till the following Monday to see new Glee. I never wait but for the finale, I decided I would wait and watch it on TV with my mum and sister.  I avoided reading any spoilers, reviews and any hype surrounding it.  I lasted four days.  I just couldn’t wait any longer.

To say that the finale was amazing would be a understatement. I mean, I kinda expected it to be amazing but it exceeded my expectations and more. As soon as I switched it on, the excitement began to mount in my chest, and I wasn’t disappointed. I watched, amazed, for the next 40minutes or so, mouth open, in awe of what I was watching. Yes, I may be biased as I am a huuuge fan, but it was awesome and compelling viewing. I mean where else would you cry, laugh so much Sprite comes through your nose (disgusting I know) cry again, basically feel your heart melt. You have come on a journey with the characters and at first, to see them get the result not expected or what I feel they deserve, you feel their pain.

As always in Glee, there is a lesson to be learnt and a message to be found. They move onto what is possibly my favourite scene of the episode, where they sing to Mr. Schue ‘To sir with love’. It’s so emotional and absolutely beautiful. I have just had a quick glance at some of the stuff online and from what I can gather, those tears were as real as mine.

The finale was a perfect ending to a outstandingly perfect series. Note to Ryan Murphy for next series;

1) Please bring back Kristin Chenoweth as April Rhodes again (she is my absolute favourite guest star)

2) Please let the rumour of Kurt having a boyfriend be true, and please let him be cute

3) Please let Puck sing more

4) Also let him have no top on more often, nakedness is also appreciated

5) Please have more Sue’s corner, they are hilarious

6) Actually lets just have more Sue

7) Finally, please let Rachel and Finn get it on and do the nasty!!!

Thank you Glee for being amazing! Looking forward to your return in September.
