Glee Auditions Update!

This is just a very quick post reminding you all about the upcoming auditions for season 2 and updating you with new information!

So I’ve just had a look at a few different sites and there has been some new information released.
1. Fox are definitely looking for THREE new additions to Glee Club for season 2. I’m unsure yet of whether these roles will be permanent or temporary.
2.You can sign up NOW to receive an email telling you more about the upcoming casting call. If you are seriously considering auditioning, you should really sign up for this, as you will be the first to know when you can submit your videos.
So thats pretty much all the new information I have found! I know its not much but I want to make sure that you know first, seeing as my last post received a few comments concerning auditioning.
Keep checking back to http://www.fox.com/glee/audition/ for new information. (I’ll also post it here as soon as I possibly can.)

hey! i was just wondering. how come only 16 to 26 are allowed to audition? well, what if you’re good at the age of 13, 14, 15 etc. won’t they accept you?

To be quite honest, I’m not 100% sure why they are not looking for anyone under the age of 16. My reckoning is that the show’s target audience is aged between 16 and 26, and therefore anyone younger may not be able to play the role of an older teenage character. It does seem to make sense if you look at the ages of the rest of the cast, and the storylines and where they are going. (Quinn’s teen pregnancy, the emma/Mr Schu. affair, etc)
I’m sure there are some fantastic people under and over the age limit who deserve a chance but i’m afraid that rules are rules and they can’t be changed
If you are one of those people who are under the age limit well theres always season 3!

too bad! im in hong kong and i am seriously addicted to glee. but i’m only 13 going on 14!
aww. i’m from the philippines. auditioning is so impossible, too far
But if you are under age couldn’t you at least try? I would give anything to a part of the glee cast, and I think I could pass for 16.
I’ve never been out of my home state. Is it nice in Hong Kong and the Philippines?
will they ever need anyone younger than that for a glee episode to play as a younger sibling???? because then we all could try out. and every one on the show needs a parent right.so that would be good for everyone older. P.S im almost 15 and in florida.
and i could pass for 16.
